Project Description: Provide conprehensive and objective mystery customer services. Will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining a sufficient number of mystery riders to initially conduct a minimum of two hundred mystery shops or trips per quarter, to include rides on the fixed-route bus, rail and Para-transit systems, inquiries for trip information and scheduling, and reporting of complaints with customer service.
