Project Description:

Create a video that gives an introduction and overview of the Travel Training Program and update MARTA's customer service guide, develop an easy-to-read brochure introducing the travel training program with information for targeted population on the safe use of buses, fares and services and provide a media plan to include a Travel Training Awareness Agenda for the program collateral materials that will demonstrate its effectiveness performance on informing the general public.
